Colorotopia is an art studio where students from all walks of life and ages come to learn how to paint.
Mojgan Afshar was born in an art-loving family. She started getting lessons in painting from early ages. She attended different art classes and received lessons from great artists in her country or origin, Iran. She finished all her art classes with flying colors. At quite young ages, she specialized in Miniature painting, which is an ancient Iranian way of painting. She studied Miniature paining under the direct teachings of one of the masters of Miniature in Iran.
In Canada too, she continued her love of painting by attending different classes from private art studios to colleges in order to perfect her knowledge, skills and abilities.
Her talent for painting was her original asset. She blended a pure talent in painting with lessons from great artists from one hand and with the academic knowledge and substantial experience from another hand.
In 2007, she established Colorotopia in the city of Toronto after having taught informally for quite some time. Colorotopia is an art studio where students from all walks of life and ages come to learn how to paint. Mojgan has experience in Oil Painting, Water Painting, Sketching, Color-pencil, Wax Crayon, Pastel Painting and Miniature.
